Pour onto greased tray. Break : apart when set. My 5 cents worth coming up:- use a large heavy based saucepan (cooking pot) for this as it foams up considerably. Also watch the mix whilst boiling as it can catch on the bottom of the pot and turn black especially if you are using gas. When you have finished breaking it into chunk that you can eat, sweep up all the little chips and stir them into your icecream....pure delight!
